USAGE TIPS
Step 1: Apply a dab of the balm, using the spatula provided, to your areas in need of protection or comfort (body, hair, nails) .
Step 2: Massage and breathe deeply for several seconds.
Step 3: Find the right dosage. To determine the quantity of product that suits you, take stock of your feelings 40 minutes after the first application.
If you have achieved the desired effects, the quantity of product is adapted to your needs.
Otherwise, increase it gradually. Once the optimal quantity is reached, you will now know that this is the dose that is adapted to your needs. It will then become your reference dose.
Do not hesitate to adjust it according to your feelings.
Step 4: Repeat the application with the quantity that suits you, 3 times a day. Thus, CBD continuously acts on the endocannabinoid system through prolonged stimulation of its receptors.
